Hi @sudhav

Apologies for the delay in response.

As I understand that you are getting an error while pulling the data from Microsoft 365 to MS Fabric using Microsoft365 connector.

This error occurs when the users requested are not valid, and it is recommended that the users are enabled and have a valid Exchange license.

To troubleshoot the error, you can try the following steps:

  1. Make sure that the users are enabled in Microsoft 365. You can check this by going to the Microsoft 365 admin console and navigating to Users > Active users.
  2. Check the user credentials that you are using in the Microsoft365 connector. Make sure that the credentials are correct, and that the user has the necessary permissions.
  3. Make sure that the Microsoft365 connector is configured correctly.
  4. Try using a different authentication method, such as OAuth 2.0.

Hi,

i was getting same error in fabric as well, infact i need it in fabric only, and tried it in fabric first, but to ensure i tried again in ADF, below is the error in Fabric, please resolve it, Thankyou
