data factory, create dataflow, get data from web (sharepoint excel),
made navigation, promoted header, changed type,
connect to sql database
all connection are working
but while publish, I received that error :

Hi,

I'm having exactly the same issue. Impossible to publish the Dataflow.

Hi,

Please go ahead and raise a support ticket so an engineer can take a closer look at this scenario.

Hi - I am getting a similar error - The mashup could not be converted to a valid CDM Model.

Please fix the mashup, and try again. Not much information to go on. This is the second day now. There are 17 queries in this data flow - could that be an issue. Any idea how to debug this issue . Thanks

tried it again and again with new table in azure sql and existing table with chrome and edge,
probably some steps in power query are not supported like changed type.
but it doesn't work in the step of publishing.

This could be a transient issue. Could you try to publish your dataflow again? (if you get it again, try again a few times and let us know if the issue persists)
