Not able to see the New Deployment Pipeline View

I am Not able to see the New View or Model of the deployment pipeline and i can only use the old one.
Can any help on this

Here are the changes regarding the new interface, my UI page is the same as what you are displaying.

First Thanks for the Reply.
I have read the article that you have sent. My question here is in the article/blog i can't see the New Deployment View at all.
And with information i have in the new deployment we can select which item we want to deploy but in the old model we can't do it.

So,That's why i am asking how to get the New Deployment View as i am not able to any option to toggel.
