Hi Team,

Data Pipelines were running successfully but now it is started failing suddenly with the below error,

Overview : We have Azure VM which is acting as On Premises Data Gateway and created ODBC system DSN inside Azure VM and also Microsoft On Premises data gateway software installed in Azure VM. ODBC connection created in Microsoft Fabric using the DSN and gateway.

Verified steps :

On Premises Data Gateway status is Online in Microsoft Fabric.

Connection status is Online in Microsoft Fabric.

Azure VM (On Premises machine) is Running status.

ODBC system DSN is tested in Azure VM and test is successful.

Can you suggest on this.

Hi  @Sathish133 ,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Fabric Community.

Test connectivity from the Azure VM:

Test-NetConnection eu.frontend.cloudatahub.net -Port 443
If it fails, check NSG/firewall/proxy settings.

Ensure DNS resolves:

nslookup eu.frontend.cloudatahub.net

If this fails, the DNS settings on the VM or VNET might need correction.

After verifying connectivity, restart the gateway service on the VM by opening services.msc and restarting the On-premises Data Gateway service.

Update the gateway to the latest version.
