Data pipeline failed with Sql error number: 24525

Hi,

 

I am using Fabirc Data Factory to refresh a fact table in the Fabric Warehouse.  I use an activity that execute a SQL SP.  Mainly, this SP read data from a delta table in the Lakehouse and load fact table. Sine the begining of the week I have this error message:

 

Execution fail against sql server. Please contact SQL Server team if you need further support. Sql error number: 24525. Error Message: Internal error. Unable to interact with an internal metadata table. Please try the operation again and contact Customer Support Services if this persists.

The pipeline is schedule to execute daily at 5:30 AM ET.  I did not made modification since a while.

 

Is someone has a tip on that issue please.

I did not have a answer to this problem...But I change some processes in my pipeline to use some materialized temp table and the error disappeared.  Not sure why...but now it works, until the next time the error is triggered, I guess.

Apologies for the issue that you are facing.

Here are some trouble shooting steps to over come the issue.

  • The error message suggests that you try the operation again. This may resolve the issue if it was a temporary problem.
  • If the issue persists, you can try checking the metadata table that the error message refers to. Ensure that the table is not corrupted and that it contains the necessary information.
