This is more of an informational message than a question for help.
I just experienced that some of my notebooks had git status "Uncommited" but I was not able to commit them. I was informed that git could not find my files. I had just commited other notebooks and other items like a warehouse and some reports so I found it odd.
After having tried different things I figured out that if I made additional changes to the problematic notebooks I was able to commit them.
To me it seems like an issue with tracking changes. I had definetly made changes to the notebooks and Fabric had picked up the changes hence the "Uncommited" state but during the commit process no changes were found. When I made new changes to the notebooks I had no problem commiting them.
So if you experience this problem this is at least a work around.
