Increase Request Rate of a Lakehouse to solve Throttling Error?

The Synapse pipelines stopped running all of a sudden after months of functioning and now I get this error:

Potential throttling error when accessing Lakehouse. It is recommended to reduce the concurrent workload or contact customer support to review and increase the allowable request rate for the Lakehouse

I have minimised the concurrency of the copy activity as well as ForEach Activity. 

How can this be solved?

Can you please share some more detail information about this issue? They should help us clarify your scenario and test to troubleshoot.

For example:

what type of operation that you applied in the pipeline.

Data amount that pipelined processor.

Any important update/changes applied to the data source/pipelined before the pipeline stopped.
