To provide specific users or groups with access to specific tables in the Lakehouse SQL endpoint, you can use role-based access control (RBAC) in Microsoft Fabric.
If a user has Admin, Member, and Contributor access to a workspace, they can view all OneLake folders for that workspace. the RBAC role is only for the Viewer role of the workspace. If a user does not have a workspace role, but has Lakehouse permissions, the RBAC role can be used for the following purposes:
If the user has the Read permission, access to certain folders is granted.
If the user has the ReadAll permission, access to certain folders is restricted.
