Help with this error

HEy Team , 

I was following the instructions per this link here :

the cell 7 says to install 

pip install azure-eventhub==5.11.5 --upgrade --force --quiet

this throws the following error:

Please can anyone assist on how to resolve.

Thanks for using Fabric Community.
If you are trying to install azure-eventhub, can you please use below code and check if that works for you?

pip install azure-eventhub==5.11.5 --upgrade

Above command will upgrades the azure-eventhub package if already installed.
If conflicts are detected, pip will display messages about incompatible dependencies.
