Can't change endorsement settings from within Lakehouse

When opening the settings page of a Lakehouse from the workspace, I am able to edit the endorsment settings.

When opening the settings from within the same Lakehouse, the settings are greyed out and it says I do not have permissions.

I am the capacity, workspace, and item owner/admin.

I was just reporting this bug. There is a workaround so do not need to open a support ticket. 

I was hoping by posting the easily reproducible bug here, it would be able to be logged without me opening a ticket.
