update graphs/charts based on table (after being filtered via a measure)

for my table "Risk Alert信息" , i created a new measure which is exactly the same as and based on this link

After implementing this measure, When i change the slider the Risk Alert信息 table updates which is correct but the graphs and charts (which reference the Risk Alert信息 table) dont. How do i fix this? Ive checked "Edit interactions" and they are all set to "Filter" which looks fine
