the sum of string

Hi,

I have tried about 3 different dax ways and non of them work.

I have a direct query where the number is stored as a string

I need to create a measure that sums the cost.

Use CONVERT DAX function and convert those data to Currency:

CONVERT('Table'[Cost]),CURRENCY)
