showing wrong value in row total when Measure is keep in Value field of Matrix/Table Visual

I  computed this  DAX measure and   using in Matrix visual for the value field, but it is showing wrong row & column total.

row values are coming properly  but it is evaluating wrong SUM.Please help me with this to resolve the problem

I tried with both HASONEVALUE() & summarize function even tough not able to get  expected row sum.

showing blank values for row sum.
