question on how to return multiple values based on a cell criteria

hello.  i am fairly new to Power BI and DAX.  i have searched and cannot figure out a solution to the data i need to pull. if i have a single table (there is no lookup to another table) as below:

DoYAdvertiserCampaign NameIMP GoalPotential Revenue($)
18Car Autocampaign 11897$131.46
18Car Autocampaign 21834$127.10
18Visit GAcampaign 14142$287.04
19Visit GAcampaign 14142$287.04
19local grocery storecampaign 31834$127.10
19Car Autocampaign 11897$131.46
20Car Autocampaign 14142$287.04
20Visit GAcampaign 21897$131.46
20local grocery storecampaign 31834$127.10

what i would like to do is get the last "DoY", in this case 20, return a table that shows "Advertiser", "IMP Goal" and "Potential Revenue" and display in my dashboard via a table or multi card.

the output would look something like the following:

AdvertiserIMP GoalPotential Revenue($)
Car Auto4142$287.04
Visit GA1897$131.46
local grocery store1834$127.10

greatly appreciate any help here.

thank you.
