pivot in powerbi

Good day

I have a table called client table where I am measuring the data quality of different columns( eg client name, client number, etc).  Per row has an accuracy level attached. Then I created  measures that calculates the accuracy of the data per column . Now I want to represent the data in the following format.

So I unpivot the columns to get the column headers as rows . But I need help to populate the accuracy level per column indicated above .  Since the accuracy levels are calcualted meaures, is there a way to get them added into a singular column?

Kindly assist. Thank you in advance.

Hi @Janaki70

use a matrix visual, place Names of the fields in columns and place the measures in values. From the visual format settings, "values" section, activate the "values on rows" option.
