percentage of values in column

I have a table with 3 column . 1st column is represents the date, 2nd column represents error groups and 3rd column represents the error count. Now I want to create a measure where it filters on error group and calculate the sum of error count of that perticualr group and next it has to filter another error group and provide its perticular sum. So pls let me which function to use to achieve this
