need to filter a row with slicer but not filtering

hello,

i have IPL data summary, where i am trying to make prediction for each team depending on their selection with applied slicers to filter(home team, away team, toss won, match winner, bat or bowl first).. now i created a measure: 

Total Win = count(all_season_summary[winner])... after this i tried to filter with csk from home team slicer... but it is not filtering out with csk and not counting showing diff number.

same way i did with another measure for total matched played by each team...with this:

Total Match played = count(all_season_summary[id]) this is filtering well...

thing is if i filter anything both measures giving me same number...

am i doing any funny mistake?

I made an example dataset using 1s and 0s

These are the two measures. 

TotalWin = CALCULATE(SUM('Table'[MatchWinner]),ALLEXCEPT('Table','Table'[TeamName]))

MatchesPlayed = sum('Table'[AwayTeam])+sum('Table'[HomeTeam])
