multiple if condition with format

i trying to create the column that we will provide me 1 or 0 based on this condition.

Column =
IF(
FORMAT(Table1[Dia],"General Number") > 90 < 100,
IF(
FORMAT(Table1[ETA],"Fixed") <10 >0,
IF(
Table1[DATETIME] = MAX(Table1[DATETIME] ),
1,0))
 
but getting this error.pic1.jpg

Are you sure you need to use format for Dia andETA columns? it looks like its already numbers
