hi there
i have a sales fact table with date column and a purchase orders fact table with a date column.
both in relation to a date table
I'm having some trouble with showing on the sam table the average qunatity sold in the last 4 months (from the sales fact) and the quantities orders from the purchase fact table.
Becuase the avg. sold from sales fact table is refering to history time and purchase order table refers to the future...the numbers dont go together.
do you have any idea?
thank's

hi Ibendlin
it's a bit hard for me to provide a sample of my data because it's mixed up with different tables.
it will be much easier to show it by Zoom or Teams if this possible (dont know if its ok...)
thank's
Dotan
You will find that the process of creating a sample PBIX will help you to clearly articulate the issue (and maybe even find a solution yourself).
hi Ibendlin
thank's for your help, i managed to solve it with 2 Date tables with relationships

Dotan
