Dear all, 

Thanks all for your effort with nubies like me. 

I would like your support with daily machines availabilty calculation. 
This measure is not difficult. For daily: 24 hours *number of machines (not important now) - time in ticket. ( request ticket to repair ticket) for every machine type. So result is % of time without ticket.

But ticket could open one day and finnish other. Most of them are fix same time ... others not. 

This situation blow my mind.😅. This Gantt ilustrate situation, colors are tickets (not available time):

So what Dax function could help with this measure?

Can you simplify the simulation of some data and tell us what you expect the output to be? Sensitive information can be removed in advance. You can also show it with pictures or Excel.
