'last refresh' card should reflect the date & time based on the filtered date

Hi All, I'm currently working with my dashboard and client wants to view the 'last refresh' date base on the filtered previous date. Here's the scenario:

Data sets will be refreshed daily. If the client filtered the date to Aug. 20(which is a previous date), in the 'last refresh' card it will also show 'Aug. 20 hh:mm:ss'
