Hello friends, I'm having a hard time getting a solution to this problem, the problem is this: I have a manager, supervisor and salesperson, and I have a goal for this supervisor, with that the manager and the salesperson inherit that goal, until the moment is all right, the problem is the seller inherits the goal no problem, only the manager I wanted him not to reach the goal but the sum of his supervisors. Example:
Currently the manager is taking the average percentage of his supervisors, and I want him to do the reverse count and instead of taking the average of his supervisors, he does the reverse count taking the customers and the sum of the minimum goal and finding out how many percent this represents. I hope I managed to explain why I think I might have made it complicated.
