help regarding ideas about how to solve the issue with time

hello, 

i am very new to power bi as well as dax functions. i need some help regading relating two tables. one table has the information about the bike ride share which has trip duration in minutes, start time and end time of trip. i have to relate it with the weather report which records weather of that particular place hourly per every day throughtout the year. i would like some ideas as to how would i join these two tables so i can get the temperature during that particular ride at the particular time. ex: if a rider takes bike at 11.50 am and ends at 12.10 pm the ride might be 20 mins but the weather should be recored for 2 hours as 11:00 to 12:00 and 12:00 to 1:00. i have no idea how to do this, any ideas and suggestions would be great.  i am attaching a screenshot of sample data how it looks.

i tried for taking per minute but the repeation of data was so much and i think my approach was wrong also. 

weather report per hour in 24 hrs everydaybike ride with duration of trip in minutes and end time and start time of ride
