help needed DISTINCTCOUNT total not tally

Hi , 
 
I am doing distinct count and below is the result of my total receipt by year. 
 
The Total value is incorrect , anyway to resolve this ? 
 
my Setup : I have a date table with one to many relationship with my transaction table. 
 
Receipt = DISTINCTCOUNT(P_table[Receipt Number])

Expected total result should be : 10002 + 10644 = 20,646
help needed

Receipt = SUMX(VALUES('date'[Year]),CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT(P_table[Receipt Number])))
