getting duplicate value due multiple cell value in the power query

i have two table  Risk  delivery and Excpetion. 

RiskDelivey table looks like below 

Document No               Inbound                                   Actauls          QT

 546                               4503213                                   300              845

 346                               4503413,4502412                    400              445

 246                               4503213,4502321                    500              545

 646                               4505213                                   600              345

Exception table looks like 

 Document No        Safety time

  546                           34

  346                           23

  246                           45

  646                           78

Now merge two tables in  power query using left outer join to bring safety time values to Risk table. after that i am getting duplicate due to cell have multiple value.

i am getting double line time due  inboud cells have two values . how to avoid the duplicates . looking for support.

Hi @Anonymous ,

As  amitchandak mentioned before, there should be duplicate values in RiskDelivey table. In addition to  

amitchandak 's reply, you can select all columns in your RiskDelivey table or Merged table, then right click and select "Remove Duplicates"

@Anonymous , There should duplicate in one of the tables. Before merge remove duplicate and merge and try
