exists a command can detect when filter has all the items selected it

Does exsists a command can detect when filter has all the items selected it?
 I want to capture this in avariable where help me trigger Filter calculation.
I tried ISFILTERED where tell me when the slicer is directly filtered but ISFILTERED doesn't understand the difference between all values selected and no values selected.
