dynamic x axis when user selects or enter any value in slicer

dynamic x axis when user selects or enter any value in slicer:

user is entering values in agelimit1 slicer & agelimit2 slicer, then x axis should be changed according the values range and 3 categories should be present on x axis.

Example1: 

agelimit slicer1: entered the value 20

agelimit slicer2: entered the value 80

then x axis should be <20, 20 to 80, morethan 80

Example2: 

agelimit slicer1: entered the value 30

agelimit slicer2: entered the value 90

then x axis should be <30, 30 to 90, morethan 90

etc... any ideas on this requirement to achieve it?

Can you share sample data or a PBIX file?

i do not have sample data. but on tableau visual they are using countofIDS on Y axis and X axis they are creating buckets using parameters as we use  whatifparameters.
