my conditional formating of colour on opportunity status , won,lost ,open only shows the right colours when I include opportunity ID in the row header ,can someone know how to fix this issue?

It is quite hard to grasp what you are trying to achieve. Could you provide some examples of the data and dax you are currently using? Generally speaking it sounds like the DAX you use doesn't work properly in the rowcontext. It might be that your measure needs the OpportunityID to get proper results. To troubleshoot this I would place the conditional formatting measure in the visualization you are trying to format. This way you should be able to see more easily what is the root cause for the problem.
E.g. in this example instead of placing my measure as a formatting option I placed it to the table to see if the value is what I expected:
