count the week that can start any day of the week (based on Min slicer value)

How can i make  the MIN slicer value (date) as starting day of the week. 

any selected value no matter what day it is, will be the start day of the week.

@Anonymous , Expected output is not very clear.

You can get start and end of week like

Week Start date = 'Date'[Date]+-1*WEEKDAY('Date'[Date],1)+1
Week End date = 'Date'[Date]+ 7-1*WEEKDAY('Date'[Date],1)
