checking account in range
Hello
I am struggling with checking accounts from given fact list with another list where there are ranges f.eg
| account fact list |
| 3011 |
| 3012 |
| 3015 |
| 3030 |
| 3032 |
| Account range list | no of range |
| 3011-30159 | 1 |
| 3020-3020 | 2 |
| 3041-30459 | 3 |
The first range is covering accounts: 3011 3012 3013 3014 3015 30151 30152 30153 30154 30155 ... 30159
The account 3041 will be in the third range but not in the first
All accounts numbers are text
The result should be column of "no of range" besite every account in fact table
I will be much obliged for any suggestions of DAX or M measure
