calculate if current month performs better the previous

I have such table: 

It will always take 3 latest month, I need to display new column in this table that will show is the month performed better or worse then previous based on spending value. I can't assign month names or number as the table automatically takes 3 latest month

@Anonymous , If you have date or you can create one with help from month and year. You can join date with the date of date table and use Time Intelligence
