accumulative dax problem

I want to calculate accumlative ,I have to different date (columns date of return2024,rows date of production) in table below accumlative in march 2004 should be 3 , also i want to calculate accumlative with last 5 years 

I use 

ACCumlative last 5 years =

CALCULATE(

    [Total Order],

    FILTER(

        ALLSELECTED('Date'[Date]),

        ISONORAFTER('Date'[Date], MAX('Date'[Date]), ASC)

    ),DATESINPERIOD('Date'[Date].[Date],MAX('Date'[Date]),-5,YEAR)

)

but not working
