YTD Jan doesn't equal to MTD Jan for one center only. everything else is matching.

Hello,

I was testing the MTD and YTD Jan 2023 data in my new Power BI cost center tracking dashboard before rolling it out. All measures and forumlas work perfectly fine across the report, except for one single cost center.

when I select the MTD for those two cost centers i can see the values for the two selected cost centers as you can see below:

However, when I select the YTD for the same cost centers, the second line value disappear but still added to the total:

It's worth mentioning that I tried to use the cost center within the budget table, both formulas (MTD and YTD) work fine. However, because I am using the independant "cc" cost center table, this mismatch occured. I have to use this cc table to be able to compare budget to actuals MTD and YTD.
