The error would happen in here based on the error message. ContainRows() is the same with IN.
Seems like the type of your [SAS_KOD] column is text while 20210 is a number type.
You can write the formula like this:
[SAS_KOD] in {"20210"}
or use '=' directly to compare since there is only one value to search and compare:
[SAS_KOD] = "20210"
