Weighted average with redistribution of weights

Weighted average with redistribution of weights
Example:
I have 4 indicators. Each with its respective weight.
IND1 and P1 = 10
IND2 and P2 = 20
IND3 and P3 = 30
IND4 AND P4 = 40

If I don't get the result for a day or month, the weighted average will equally redistribute the weight to the others and perform the weighted average.

So, if I don't have the IND3, the P3 = 30 will be redistributed equally to the others. Therefore, P1 becomes weight 20, P2 weight 30 and P4 weight 50.

Once this is done, it calculates the weighted average with the 3 indicators.
