Way to use calculate to filter by matrix value?

Hello,

I am trying to use calculate to see if the plant we are shipping to makes the product we are sending or not. I am trying to see if there is a way for the filter in CALCULATE to be dependent on the "ship to" name when I drop down in the matrix. Is this possible?
