Value from related table

Hi
I'm stuck with relatively simple task.
I have 2 tables (simplified):

Email(EmailId, Subject, Type, CreatedOn) and Task(TaskId, Name, Status, CreatedOn)

Each email may have zero to many tasks.

Task Status is the Status of the very first related task (if exists).

I'd like to display a table with following columns:
Email Type, Task Status, Counter.

Any help would be appreciated!

Regards

Hi @SimpleDev2000

I have understood your overall requirement, but I have two doubts that I need to confirm with you. Is the "counter" counting how many tasks per email type? How do you determine which email type the task belongs to?

It would be great if you could provide some sample data and the results you need based on that sample data. How to provide sample data in the Power BI Forum - Microsoft Fabric Community Or show them as screenshots or pbix. Please remove any sensitive data in advance. If uploading pbix files please do not log into your account.

Best Regards,
Yulia Xu
