Troubles in writing a dynamic title that is filtered and updated by clicking another visual

Hi,

I'm trying to crate a dynamic title, using conditional formatting, for a donut chart based on the folowing measure:

ET Certificados por Classificação =

VAR passo1 = "ET certificados | Classificação | "

VAR passo2 = [Report Year (RY)]

VAR result =

passo1 & SELECTEDVALUE('Calendário submitdate'[Data referência dados].[Year], passo2)

RETURN

result

If on the same page I put a slicer by year the title behaves properly, the year number being updated according to the selection.

However, if, for example, on the same page I put a clustered column chart grouping the data by year in the X- axis and I click on it, on a specific year, nothing happens to the title in the donut chart. It behaves as if multiple selections on the date column of the model were being made, which is not the case.

I've tested the measure as the content of a card visual and it works just fine. Why is it not working under conditional formatting is beyond my understanding.

Anyone could help me on this?
