Trouble with line chart because of the measures

I have a small trouble with a measure.

I attached a file with the trouble and the trace.

I have this correct matrix ... but I cant report correctly because of the data format.

I have this correct matrix data and this correct line chart.

when I change format from "valores" to "percentaje"

... I cant report it on the best way.

This is my good measure for the matrix data

Please make sure that your line chart has dual y axes. One line chart can't have dual y axes. Line charts in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Docs

Honestly, I can't find the problem only through these screenshots. Can you copy and paste your measure, share sample data in table format after removing sensitive data?
