Translate Excel to DAX formula (adding current value to previous value of different column field)

Need some help please!

I am trying to translate this into a DAX function

I am trying the below code, but there seems to be a mistake on it... 😞

P&P Planned (Cumulative)_4 =
Var PPCurMonth = 'Table'[Start_Date].[Date]
Var PPPrevMonth = date(year(PPCurMonth),month(PPCurMonth)-1,day(PPCurMonth))
Var _PPPlanned = Calculate(SUM('MP - Engine'[P&P Planned]),'MP - Engine'[Start Date]=PPCurMonth)
Var _PPCumulative = Calculate(SUM('MP - Engine'[P&P Planned (Cumulative)_1]),'MP - Engine'[Start Date]=PPPrevMonth)
return
(_PPPlanned + _PPCumulative) + _PPCumulative

As it is showing the incorrect values below. The correct values should be as above image...

1

5

9

@GA1993 Sorry, having trouble following, can you post sample data as text and expected output?
Not really enough information to go on, please first check if your issue is a common issue listed here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/Before-You-Post-Read-This/ba-p/1116882

Also, please see this post regarding How to Get Your Question Answered Quickly: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/How-to-Get-Your-Question-Answered-Quickly/ba-p/38490

The most important parts are:
1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.

DAX is easy, CALCULATE makes DAX hard...

Thank you. Actually I thought of something. Is there a way to get the accumulated data just until the EOM meaning the month indicated on the line item?

For example,

Feb value = Jan + Feb

Mar value = Jan + Feb + Mar

Apr value = Jan + Feb + Mar + Apr

and so on..

I am trying this code, but it gets the overall accumulated data of 73..

Accumulated =
SUMX(
    FILTER(
        'MP - Engine',
        'MP - Engine'[Start Date].[Date] <= EOMONTH('MP - Engine'[Start Date].[Date],0)
        ),
    'MP - Engine'[P&P Planned]
)
