Transferring time format to BI

Hello all,

 

This is my table in excel.

When I bring it in to BI, it transforms to this:

It adds dates and changes the time.

 

The ultimate goal is to show the average wait and service time by year.

How do I get it to show the correct time so I can then calculate on them?

perhaps changing the format from datetime into time will fix the problem.
