Totals are WRONG After getting values from Parameters

I am one more challenge. Now, total is not right. Here is the snip

Formula I have used for New Incentive is 

New Incentive = if(MAX('Table'[Commodity])="Hardware",SELECTEDVALUE(Incentive[Incentive]),MAX( 'Table'[Incentive]))

and for New Sales

New Sales = max('Table'[Net Price])-('Table'[New Incentive])

Can you please look at it one more time.

Thanks @Greg_Deckler  for the quick reply and solution. Here are some of my additions:

We can create two new measures.

_New Incentive = SUMX(VALUES('Table'[Commodity]),[New Incentive])

_New Sales = SUMX(VALUES('Table'[Commodity]),[New Sales])

Then the result is as follows.
