Total is effected by dax. need help to fix

i have included a snip of my dax below. i have highligted the part i belive to be effecting my total. what it is doing instead of giving me a total is sumcr total is bigger then sumoh total so it is giving me a 0. can this be changed to not do this/give me a total? it works correctly for rows in my matrix i just want the total to be an actual total.
