Total and % of different fields

Above is an example of my table. What I'm looking to achieve it to show the sums of FTE for each of the staff category groupings by School. And then to show for example, the % of FTE for technical staff (by FTE) compared to all staff. So I'd like to be able to display these measures either in a table or a scorecard, but failing miserably with the DAX I've been trying. Can anyone help with some suggestions please?

Thanks for your suggestion and help. That does help to an extent. Using your example I can now see the % of each staff category by School...

...but what I'd like to be able to do it calculate for example, the % of all staff categories by FTE against all staff FTE. So if 20 clerical staff and 100 total staff, be able to see that in a scorecard or table. The table should be flexible enough to display a number of measures also if that's possible?
