This is my input , After loaded into Power query editor

The output is like above value.

Can anyone please help, how I will get the same value after loaded into power query editor.

Try delete the step : Changed Type in power query

@Sang23041983 Looks like you are changing the data type. Perhaps import it as a text column instead of converting it?

Imported as TEXT data type.  But the result is
