Updated is a date when something is changed in that ticket, can be anything, even in other columns which i didn't specified here.
Snapshot is just a date to cumulate info about a ticket, i'm using this column to calculate how many tickets were closed from the beggning of the collection.
What's the best approch if i want to display a single Line Chart with: a number of tickets that are new(prefered to use the [Created] column because a ticket will not necessary have a status of "New"), number of tickets that are closed and others for different statuses.
