Hi,
I am new to the community and quite new to PowerBI so my question is pretty basic!
I am trying to create a one-to-many relation between two tables but this option is greyed. Can someone guides me in telling me what I am doing wrong?
Thank you very much in advance,
Lydia
Hi,
Thank you both for your replies. It appeared the option was greyed as I had a duplicate hiding in my UNIQUE "Locations" table.
That said, the relationships between my 4 tables still do not seem to work properly, as I cannot use the function Related - as I would like.
I would like to use the function Related to convert my volumes, which are in local currencies, into euros. Currency values depend on countries and on dates.
Could you provide a tip to help?
I am grateful
Hi
Make this relationship active
When checked, the relationship serves as the active, default relationship. In cases where there is more than one relationship between two tables, the active relationship provides a way for Power BI Desktop to automatically create visualizations that include both tables.
There can be only one active relationship and many inactive relationship between two tables.
