Table is not available in option for RELATED DAX Function

I have a table name as "Claim List" but it is always missing from the selection when i use RELATED function. Can anyone advise why?

Hi,

I am not sure how your datamodel looks like, but if you want to filter the Claim List table, I think you can do that by not using RELATED DAX function, because it is the same table, not the reated table.
Thank you.
