I'm in a bit of a pickle! I feel like my understanding of data structures and relationships isn't enough to fix this problem. We have an automated survey that asks for customers' feedback on a variety of topics. First it allows them to rate (1 - 5) and then offers the opportunity to explain why they gave the rating.
Basically what I'm trying to work at is creating a radar chart with each of the "topics" and their respective ratings. This will then be filtered by franchise. However, I'd like my visual to contain the following:
Below is an example of the data. I have response ID as a separate column I could use. Let me know if you have any thoughts!
