Survey data structure - capture rating & comments

Hey team,

I'm in a bit of a pickle! I feel like my understanding of data structures and relationships isn't enough to fix this problem. We have an automated survey that asks for customers' feedback on a variety of topics. First it allows them to rate (1 - 5) and then offers the opportunity to explain why they gave the rating.

Basically what I'm trying to work at is creating a radar chart with each of the "topics" and their respective ratings. This will then be filtered by franchise. However, I'd like my visual to contain the following:

  • A radar chart with the topics and their ratings
  • I want the topics in the radar chart to filter a table that shows the comments so if I'm looking at a specific franchisee and I click the topic in the visual, I want the table to filter to those comments to show all free text submissions related to that specific topic
  • On top of that, in the same table I also want the individual rating that is associated with that comment

Below is an example of the data. I have response ID as a separate column I could use. Let me know if you have any thoughts!
