Sum by date range

Please, I need your help, I want to build a measure that will display the sum of "units" in a table visualization for Tow_ID, but the measure must check the date range (from and to) for a given Tow_ID. Then, for the assigned date range, it should calculate the sum of units from the occurrences within that date range in the "Units" table.
